In these beautiful tropical surroundings a Brasilian company under Dutch management has decided to build villas in a project called, Villas Praia de Sibauma. The villas are being built on plots of 450 m2 in Sibauma, Rio Grande do Norte and have a living area of about 165 m2 devided over two floors with an extra roof terrace of about 50 m2. The garden offers more than enough space to install a swimming pool, a barbeque area and parking lots. The project can also offer some additional condominio services when compared to buying a separate plot with a house, such as surveillance and maintenance.

Modern house with a beautiful view over the ocean and the green hills of Sibauma. On a plot of 450 m2 this model house of 165 m2 is being built (July 2007) with a modern image and beautiful natural materials. In the construction of the whole house the finest wood, natural stones and white plaster are being used and good ventilation and light fall is being regarded. Seawind provides you with the necessary cooling in this warm climate inside and outside the house.

From the ground floor terrace (14 m2) you will enter the house via a extra large wooden door into a big hallway (12 m2) with a two story high ceiling. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with connecting bathroom or suite (22,5 m2) and two bedrooms (12,5 m2) with a separate bathroom (5 m2). The three bedrooms have large sliding doors of glass that give direct entrance to the garden.

From the large hallway wooden stairs give access to the first floor where you will find the living room (21 m2) and the two connecting large terraces (17,5 m2 and 23 m2) one with sea view and one with a view over the green hills were the sun sets. Because of the use of glass sliding doors of the living room there is a very wide living area that connects the inside and the outside. On this floor you will also find the open kitchen (9 m2), a kitchen closet (2 m2) and a toilet (2,5 m2).

Large sliding windows and wooden shutters not only give a perfect ventilation but also a very refined impression to this living area. Throughout the entire house you will find a beautiful sandy colored cement floor. The terraces of both ground and first floor also have this type of floor which gives a wonderful spacious impression and a perfect connection of the interior and exterior.

On the backside of the house spiral formed stairs go up from the ground floor to the first floor, where you have a terrace (7 m2) and than on to the roof terrace, which gives the model villa an extra dimension. On the roof terrace (50 m2) you can enjoy the overwhelming view over the ocean in the daytime and in the evening hours you can enjoy the cool sea breeze and the stars while listening to some nice music.

Around the villa there is a huge garden, where a separate washing area can be made. The garden is more than big enough for a barbeque area and a swimming pool and we will be glad to make you an offer for these items as well.
