We are operating on the coastline about 80 km south of Natal and 65 – 70 km from the airport of Natal. In this region you will find beautiful green hills and superb white and very divers beaches with palm trees. The big attraction is the village Pipa, where surfers but also the Brazilian jet-set are spending their vacation and weekends.
Next to Pipa you will find TIBAU DO SUL and SIBAUMA; nice traditional villages where you will find old fashioned bakeries, little shops and typical Brazilian restaurants. The government has chosen this region to promote tourism and that is why you will find good asphalt roads on this coastline, medical facilities, public transport and other facilities are also present and being developed.
Furthermore this region emphasises the protection of nature; you may not build a house higher than 7,5 meters and have to keep 25% of vegetation on your plot. There are several protected beaches that you may not enter in favour of the breeding of turtles. Situations such as in Benidorm and other European coastal tourist cities you will not find here. A large part of the population still rides horses and mules and does a lot of handicraft and lives quite peacefully with each other. What else do you need to build your own little paradise? In 2006 we already expanded the working area to the whole region of Rio Grande do Norte. This was necessary to meet the increasing demand and also to meet the demand for short term investments south of Natal and long term investments north of Natal.
