Terra do Sol can inform you on several plots in several villages along the coastline south of Natal via e-mail. We have something for everybody; plots of 450 m² for a private person to build a second home, but also pieces of land of 50.000 m² for the big investor.

Prices are of course dependant on your wishes; a nice plot on the seaside is of course more expensive than a plot 500 meters from the sea. Between villages there are also price differences.

Guidance and assistance at moment of purchase
We guide you when you want buy a plot and/or house or apartment. When we have found the right piece of land for you, we can actually start our paid services. We communicate with the land owners, the lawyers, the notary office, the local authorities etc in order for you to buy the land at the right price and conditions and especially the right documents. We are in direct contact with the land owners, private persons, and do not operate via real estate agents, which diminishes costs and keeps more options open for negotiation. You pick out the piece that you like best and pay the owner directly; you have full control on the project and know where your money is going.

When you are working with private land owners in Brasil the legal side and especially the documentation needs special attention and that is where we can help you out. This part of the deal is the most tricky and most time consuming part of the whole project. Brazil is very burocratic and standing in line for three hours at the city hall to get one stamp is very normal. Brazilians do not know any better and just take their MP3 or newspaper and wait; for Europeans however this can be very annoying.

Some plots have been in the family for years but have not been registered as such. If this is the case with the plot of your dreams it is our job to get it registered properly and this may take a few weeks. We also take care of the sales contract and all documentation will be send to you for information and approval. All legal costs will be paid directly by you to the proper office and all invoices will also be in your name; only after full approval of documents and sales contract you will have to pay the plot, not before that time. All costs involved will be crystal clear.
